The jacket the whole batch wears once, and keeps. Class-of years, back names, everyone's roll number — organised so you are not the one chasing sixty people for their size.

You are not collecting sizes on a spreadsheet
The part that goes wrong on batch orders is sizing, and it always lands on the person who volunteered. So sizes are not your job. You get a form link, you send it to the group, and each person picks their own size against a chart in inches. If someone picks wrong, that is on the form they filled, not on you.
Nothing moves before you have seen it
You get a digital mockup within 24 to 48 hours of sending the brief. No money is involved at that point. You circulate it, the batch argues about it, you come back with changes. Only once the design is signed off does an advance book the production slot.
Start earlier than feels necessary
Production is two to seven days, but that is the last step. Collecting sizes from a batch of sixty takes longer than making the jackets. Six to eight weeks before the farewell is comfortable. Two weeks is possible but you will spend it chasing people.

How do we collect sizes from the whole batch?
You get a form link to send to the group. Each member fills in their own name and size against a chart in inches. You never build the spreadsheet yourself.
When should a batch start ordering for farewell?
Six to eight weeks before the date. Production only takes two to seven days, but collecting sizes and agreeing on a design across a whole batch takes the rest of it.
What if someone orders the wrong size?
Every piece is made to order against the size that person submitted, so it cannot be swapped from stock. That is exactly why each member fills their own form against a chart in inches rather than someone guessing on their behalf.
Do we pay everything upfront?
No. An advance books the production slot after you approve the mockup, and the balance is settled on delivery.
