Different text for different roles
Fest tees usually need the same front artwork with different back text — CORE, VOLUNTEER, CREW, or a department name. That is one design and one run, not separate orders, and it does not change the lead time.
Ordering late
Fest merch gets signed off later than anything else, usually because the committee is waiting on a budget. Production is two to seven days, so late is survivable — but sizes still have to be collected, and that is the part that will cost you the week. Send the size form out the day the design is approved, not the day the budget clears.

- Advance
Once you approve the design, an advance books the production slot.

Delivered in Bangalore, couriered anywhere in India.

Can we print different back text for core and volunteers?
Yes. Same front artwork, different back text per role, produced in one run at no extra lead time.
What is the fastest you can turn around fest tees?
Two to seven days of production. The limiting factor is almost always collecting sizes from the committee, not the printing.
Is there a minimum for fest t-shirts?
No. A core committee of ten and a volunteer body of three hundred are both normal.
Screen print or DTF?
Screen print for larger runs with few colours — it is cheaper per piece and lasts longer. DTF for full-colour artwork or smaller runs.
